God has funny ways of weaving life experiences together to prepare us for new adventures. That’s how Compel You came about.

We’re Josh and Kaitlin Saenz! After 10 years in full-time vocational ministry and 8 years working in the corporate marketing and business development world, we (meaning.. Josh) took on some donor development work for a nonprofit we personally love and support.

As we became intrigued with the nonprofit world, we dreamt of how we might use our experience and skills, from the ministry and corporate worlds, to serve other Christian nonprofits. We took a leap of faith and started Compel You!  

Our passion is helping nonprofits operate at their highest potential, including helping them maximize their impact and giving potential with donors. It’s an honor and blessing seeing God working as we come alongside the visionaries and leaders of incredible Christian organizations helping them invite donors further into partnership and connect donors to organizational impact.
